Pilar Logistics Centre
A logistics centre next to the Pilar Industrial Park, with approved subdivisions, full infrastructure and trust financing.
In 2013 the Pilar Logistics Centre project was developed on a site adjacent to the Pilar Industrial Park, with access to the primary road network —Panamericana Pilar and Campana branches, National Routes 8 and 6—, with subdivisions approved by the Municipality of Pilar and the necessary infrastructure: heavy-traffic pavements, storm and industrial drainage, power supply, lighting, low-voltage networks, truck yard, perimeter fencing and security.
The project was also financed through a trust arranged with BAPRO Mandatos of Banco Provincia de Buenos Aires. In 2014, DEMSA sold the project in full, at its stage of progress, to a construction company.
