CONDLOG — Port of Açu
A 70-hectare logistics condominium inside the premises of the Port of Açu, Brazil.
DEMSA is developing CONDLOG, a 70-hectare logistics condominium within the premises of the Port of Açu —Brazil's largest private oil, gas and mining port— under a port area use agreement.
The assigned site works as an operating base for receiving and distributing Argentine mineral exports within its bonded zone. The bentonite plant planned there is led by CivilPort Engenharia do Brasil, responsible for engineering, implementation and technical coordination of the industrial unit.
The project closes the loop of the company's Brazilian strategy: own ore at origin, processing, and now logistics infrastructure on the buyer's side, with our own office in Rio de Janeiro.
