On the Paraná – Paraguay waterway since the 1980s
Infrastructure and logistics for mining, energy and cargo
DEMSA develops, structures and commercialises port, logistics and industrial projects that connect the mine and the wellhead with the market.
Sectors
Four decades linking the deposit to the vessel
Working since the 1980s, DEMSA has operated in ports along the Paraná – Paraguay waterway such as San Nicolás, Rosario, Ramallo and Zárate, through strategic alliances with domestic and foreign companies. That is how it established itself as a developer of logistics and port projects.
Today DEMSA works on developing new river transport businesses for minerals, on re-engineering port logistics infrastructure projects, and on opening new and exclusive markets —mainly in Asia— where large volumes of minerals are exported.
The fronts open today are a new terminal at the Port of Bahía Blanca, the cargo terminal at Neuquén International Airport, the Vaca Muerta – Asia Pacific logistics scheme and the export of industrial minerals to Brazil.
