The Pilar SME Centre is a planned industrial cluster, defined by its strategic location and by plots that allow the ideal infrastructure for companies needing to scale production or adapt their cargo layout —imports, exports, raw materials or finished goods— with physical and legal certainty.
Stages
- Stage I — 33,895 m², with six plots of around 5,000 m²
- Stage II — 76,703 m², with seventeen plots of around 4,000 m²

- Industrial gas and power network
- Storm drainage and industrial liquid collection, with effluent treatment by each company
- LED lighting on internal roads
- Telephone and internet network
- Internal concrete roads 10 m wide, rated for 10 tonnes per axle
- Perimeter fencing and forest barrier
- Provision for a commercial and services area
Financing and administration
Financing is channelled through financial institutions offering reduced-rate credit lines designed for productive SMEs. Administration covers management and community rules, physical and industrial security, maintenance of the site and common areas, and shared expenses and services.
