The CLIP Campana project aims to build a logistics and port complex through the full use of a 513-hectare site on the Paraná River, with direct access to the Buenos Aires – Rosario motorway and the NCA railway connecting to Retiro and the country's north-west, north-east and centre.

The site borders the Otamendi Ecological Reserve and is 2 km from the Campana Industrial Park and Euroamérica Port. The surrounding land use is predominantly rural, with port terminals and industrial plants.

Four port terminals

On a 311-hectare parcel, a subdivision into four 70-hectare plots is proposed, plus 32 hectares transferred to the Otamendi Reserve.

  • Terminal A1 — storage and dispatch of liquid cargo, bunker supply and third-party leasing, with ocean and barge berths, tanks, receipt and dispatch
  • Terminal B1 — storage and dispatch of chemical products, with ocean and barge berths and storage tanks
  • Terminal C1 — automotive industry platform: import and export of cars, vans and trucks, with a general cargo berth suitable for car carriers and RoRo vessels
  • Terminal D1 — multipurpose terminal for containers and general cargo, with feeder operations, project cargo, storage and a customs area

The multipurpose terminal was designed to serve the 600 industries and service companies located within a 40 km radius: Pilar, Pacheco, Escobar, Zárate and Campana.
