Last-Mile Industrial and Logistics Park — Fortín de Piedra
A 270-hectare site adjacent to Tecpetrol's shale field, where the operations of Vaca Muerta's main players converge.
Stage 1 — Multi-logistics platform
An integrated platform tied to drilling and production services, given its strategic position in the last-mile area where the fields of Pan American Energy, Pluspetrol, YPF, ExxonMobil and other operators converge. It includes import, storage and distribution of oil industry supplies over 330,000 m².
Stage 2 — Industrial park
Phased development of the infrastructure required by the hydrocarbon sector over 2,370,000 m², enabling local SMEs to establish and relocate strategically to provide services and add local value.
