Zárate Port and Logistics Project
A multipurpose port with a primary customs area, logistics centre and energy activities hub, developed with the local cooperative.
In 2015, DEMSA developed, together with the Zárate Electricity and Related Services Cooperative under a joint collaboration agreement, the new ML Port S.A. Port and Logistics Project, on the same site and facilities as the SOYEX Zárate project reviewed in 2010.

- Multipurpose port for bulk, general cargo and containers, with a primary customs area, storage area and temporary warehouses
- Logistics centre for industrial companies requiring port and customs services
- Energy activities hub and power lines
- Truck parking yard
